All of our products purchased from our Australian online store are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. All orders are shipped the same day if placed before 12PM (GMT+10) or next business day.
Our Australian site is dedicated to Australian, New Zealand and Asian customers and our prices are charged in AUD. We ship using Australian Post (Standard and Express) for domestic shipments and DHL Express for international.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Night Mode offers flat rate standard domestic shipping of $9.99 AUD per order or the option to upgrade to express domestic shipping for $12.99 AUD. We also offer free standard shipping on any single domestic order over the value of $150 AUD.
DO YOU SHIP TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
Yes! Although we are based in Australia, we also ship to New Zealand and the Asia region via DHL Express to ensure your product is received quickly and safely! Once dispatched, most orders will arrive between 2 - 3 business days depending on destination. International shipping varies depending on the country we're shipping to. We also offer different shipping cost tiers.
Remote Areas: Please note that DHL Express shipping offer does not include any addresses that are listed under 'DHL Remote Areas'. For a full list of excluded postcodes please click here. In the event your address is in a 'DHL Remote Area' your shipment will be sent via Australia Post International shipping.
